Parents who wish to accompany the class need to have completed a background check in the school office and an online class prior to the day of the field trip.

Parents who wish to drive children other than their own need fill out a drivers information sheet and bring to the office a copy of their drivers license, proof of insurance card, and registration for the vehicle to be used. First time drivers will need to pay $5.00 for DMV background check the first year they drive - and $1.00 every year thereafter.
