Parents who wish to accompany the class need to complete a background check in the school office and online class prior to the day of the field trip.

Parents who wish to drive children other than their own need fill out a drivers information sheet and bring to the office a copy of their drivers license, proof of insurance card, and registration for the vehicle to be used. First time drivers will need to pay $5.00 for DMV background check the first year they drive - and $1.00 every year thereafter.
