Tuition and Fees Schedule

Sacred Heart Academy tuition reflects the majority, but not all, of the actual costs to educate the students. The tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $9,178. This is the actual amount that will be spent to educate each student during the school year.  Three tuition plans are offered.

Most families choose "Basic Family Rate"  that brings tuition down to $7,195 for one child, $6,695 for the second child and $6,195 3rd & 4th child through participation in fundraising and volunteer activities.  Parents work together to raise funds and keep costs down. Teachers welcome and receive support from parents.  Additional support is received from the parish, Diocese, alumni and other benefactors who believe in Catholic education.

Premium Family

This option includes a per student annual tuition rate (see schedule below). There are no additional scrip fundraising, parent participation hours, Bishop’s Golf Tournament Raffle or Benefit Opportunity Tickets tickets obligations for the year.

Additional Fees:

Registration Fee (Non-Refundable):                          $480.00 / Per Student

Registration includes: Operational costs, technology fees, and classroom fees that support program operations, digital tools, and classroom resources used during the program.

                           *New Student Application (Non-Refundable) $55.00

 

Out of Parish Fee:

This fee applies to non-parishioners.  Payment methods:

  •       Payment in full by July 31, 2026.
  •       Adding $30 per month with tuition if paid over 10 months
  •       Adding $25 per month with tuition if paid over 12 months
 
Parishioners:
  •       Sharing of your treasure through a contribution to the church of at least $300 through weekly envelopes during the school year. Cash payments without parish envelopes cannot be tracked.
 
Church Participation:

               The Holy Name of Jesus Parish families must meet the following requirements:

  •       Regular mass attendance and
  •       Sharing of your time and talent with the parish community as appropriate

*Holy Name of Jesus parish families who have not contributed at least $300 to the parish in the 2025-26 school year or paid the parish after being billed at the end of the 2025-26 school year, will be required to pay the out-of-parish fee along with their tuition for 2026-27.

 
Returning parents:

If there is no change to your banking account or personal information in FACTS you are not required to do anything.

 

New Families:

You are required to create a FACTS account and enter your banking account and personal information.  You can access the FACTS link at our school website www.sacredheartredlands.com . These steps must be completed by June 01, 2026.

 

  •        10 Month Payment: August - May
  •        12 Month Payment: July - June
  •         Quarterly Payment: July/Oct/Feb/May
  •         Semi-Annual: Aug/Jan

 

The payment installments will be generated in FACTS (based on your agreement) and parents will be sent a confirmation through FACTS.

 

Following are Incidental Fees debited through FACTS annually (per school year):

 

  •        Annual/Semi-Annual - $20
  •       Monthly (10/12 months or Quarterly) - $50
  •       Nonsufficient Funds (NSF) - $30

*School will also bill $15 late fee separately for any returned payments
