Hola y bienvenidos a la clase de Español! I am blessed to teach every student at Sacred Heart Academy. Although it is challenging, it is extremely rewarding. Lower grade students are introduced to the Spanish language in a variety of ways. Students learn to recognize and identify vocabulary in oral and written form. In junior high, students learn high school Spanish I curriculum. SHA students do extremely well in high school Spanish I class.
I just want to reaffirm my commitment to the education of each and every student at Sacred Heart Academy.

Gaby's presentation
On November 1st and 2nd many Spanish-speaking countries celebrate Día de los Muertos or Day of the Dead. A day in which we celebrate the lives of our departed. This is a day in which families remember how special our loved ones were. The students in junior high will be making Día de los Muertos altars.
Students in grade kindergarten, first and second learn Spanish vocabulary and useful phrases. Most of the work is done in class.
