Today, in 6th grade, we began Module 13 Area and Polygons. Here are some important formulas that we will be using over the next couple of weeks.

Fraction Formula

4th graders play Fraction Formula to see who can combine fractions with different denominators and still stay under one whole.

3rd Grade Multiplication Wars

Students use playing cards to compete in a multiplication game.
6th graders using the  Go Math Interactive Student Edition to learn relationships of two variables.
Today 5th grade LEAP students learned how to graph ordered pairs on a coordinate grid. We used the game Battleship to help us practice.

4th Grade Fraction Comparison

Brady and Quintin show us how to compare fractions with unlike denominators. Brady is using fraction strips and Quintin is solving by finding a common denominator. Awesome work boys!

A Couple of Things...

Today a few students are receiving Gradelink Progress Reports. Please take a minute to review your child's progress. We will be using this information as we evaluate the LEAP class roster for next school year. Thank you for your support!
